Appointment Policy - Exotic Pet Veterinary Services is a house call practice for avian and exotic animals only. In order to provide timely and reliable service we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A credit card number may be required to secure your appointment. Any cancellations that are not made 24 hours prior will be charged to the card used to secure your appointment.

Payment Policy - We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
