We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companions feeling their best:

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our house call service is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs in the comfort of your home. If your pet should require further services, we have a relationships with hospitals in the Broward area that can accomodate any further diagnostic or therapeutic services that the doctor feels are required.

Surgical Services: Full surgical service is available by EPVS at certain local hospitals. Surgery may be scheduled for your avian or exotic pet through Exotic Pet Veterinary Services inc.

Anesthesia: We utilize the safest available anesthetics and close monitoring for the exotic pets that we treat. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures. Our anesthesia unit is portable, and certain procedures can be done in your home (trimming rabbit teeth, avian grooming, laceration repair etc..)

Radiology Services: If radiographs are required for your pet a local hospital in partnership with Exotic Pet Veterinary Services is available and equipped with X-ray equipment that provides high quality radiographs to aid in the quick diagnosis of many disorders.

Laboratory: Laboratory facilities through local hospitals provide rapid results for blood analysis. EPVS can run a urinalysis and perform parasite testing in your home. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultations.

Permanent identification: We offer microchip identification for your exotic pet.

Pharmacy: We maintain a complete pharmacy and bring the drugs to your home. Certain drugs need to be compounded for the avian and exotic patient, and if we do not have it on hand, we will have the drug delivered to your door.

Dietary Counseling: We will provide guidance regarding your pet's nutritional needs and recognize that every type of animal and species has unique needs.

Behavioral Counseling: We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems that you may be experiencing with your avian or exotic pet.
